Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the B.T. Coastal Services website. They are not a contract for paid work. A call, a text, or a form is a conversation until a separate agreement says otherwise.
Using the site
These terms apply to btcoastal.com. Using the pages means you agree to them. If you do not agree, leave the site.
The pages describe B.T. Coastal Services: decks, roof repair, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting, handyman work, and subcontracting on the Forgotten Coast and in Tallahassee. They are information. They are not a bid for a particular house, and they are not an offer that becomes a contract when you keep reading.
A call, a text, or the form starts a conversation. Paid work starts only when a separate agreement says so. That agreement, not these terms, governs the work, the fee, and what happens on the job.
What you may not do
Do not break the site, probe it for a weakness, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present these words as your own service. Do not use the form to send anything other than a genuine request about a job, hiring, or subcontracting.
Words and marks
The text, the layout, the job photos, and the B.T. Coastal mark on this site belong to B.T. Coastal Services LLC. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site and present it as yours.
The pages as published
The pages are published as they stand. B.T. Coastal Services does not warrant that a page is complete for your situation or that the site will be available without interruption.
B.T. Coastal Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the public site. A claim about paid work belongs to that job's agreement.
Questions about these terms go to Admin@BTCoastal.com. The Privacy Policy covers what the site collects.

Questions we get
Does sending the form hire BT Coastal?
No. The form and the phone numbers start a conversation. Paid work starts only under a separate agreement.
Are the pages a bid?
No. The pages describe the work. A bid for a house starts after someone looks at the job.
